How it Works
At Onehunga Carpets & Rugs our process is flexible to make it easier for you.
Because we specialise in selling discount carpets, our stock is constantly changing and therefore we do not always keep samples in our measure vehicles. If you know what carpet you’re after we can bring some samples with us, however it is always best for you to visit our warehouse to view and select your carpet.
Option 1
Contact us to organise a free, no obligation in-house measure and quote first. The quote will be based on your lineal meterage, or a standard house size (based on number of rooms you have,) and an average priced carpet. If you know roughly what you’re after in terms of style and colour, we can bring some samples with us, and our quote will reflect that. If the samples we bring aren’t quite what you’re after, then you will need to pop into our showroom to choose your desired carpet.
Option 2
Visit us in-store to choose your carpet and receive a ballpark quote based on a standard house size (based on number of rooms you have, or estimated lineal meterage). Pay the deposit upfront to secure your carpet choice, then we will send out one of our team for an accurate measure, and will follow up with a written quote.
Option 3
Use our online quote request to upload your house plans with floor measurements for a free, no obligation quote. This quote service will also be based on an average priced carpet until you come in-store to see all of our samples and make your final choice, and will be subject to a physical site measure.
